“ the bathrooms need to be updated. basically the food court bathrooms, at least the women's room, is pretty much non functional with out of order toilets and caution tape. It is difficult to wash your hands at the sink. I think when I went maybe 2 sinks and 2 toilets were usable. No soap of course. This is very upsetting, but not as upsetting as someone in my friends list who thinks that immigrants do not deserve legal advice, had reported every one of my reviews and had them taken down. so here I am sneaking in in again because I am willing and ready to sacrifice my account if at least one person is helped by my advice. “ Always come here to get food, there's so many different places to choose from so everyone has an option. The food court is in the basement so there really isn't any service and it can be a little chilly. I always get the dumplings at the first store when u go down and have also ordered frozen ones to bring home. This place has never let me down and the workers sometimes make funny jokes. The thai place didn't have the best papaya salad lacking in sauce and spice. The fish soup place was one of my favorites with the sour spicy being full of flavor and went down smoothly. There was also a dry pot place that we thought was hotpot at first but you can get a lot in your bowl for a good price. There was a place that sold takoyaki as well that had a nice crunch but it took a while for it to be done despite not having many orders in front of me. ”

“ Previous reviewers are right- you really can't go wrong with any of the food stalls at the New World Mall!! Coming here is always an adventure. My favorite places are the Korean/Chinese dumplings made in the back corner of the market, Lanzhou hand pulled noodles, and Tarim Uyghur cuisine. They take credit cards at the dumpling counter, which is a relief if you're only carrying a limited amount of cash. Their pork and chive dumplings are very good, super savory and comforting. Behind the counter, an entire army of old ladies is busy filling and sealing the dumplings- that are made fresh to order!! Over at the hand pulled noodles stand, you can get a wide variety of freshly made noodles stir fried or in broth. We opted for the chicken and pork noodle platters, which were both very simple, yet flavorful. The pork was my favorite. They also have very reasonable prices for such a massive quantity of food, but keep in mind they only take cash. Finally my favorite place in the market is Tarim Uyghur. Their big lamb noodle platter with carrot, potato, peppers, and slippery broad noodles is fantastic. The lamb is juicy and falls apart in your mouth, and the veggies are soft and soaked in meat-juice! It's so important to keep this food culture alive, and we are very privileged to have access to delicious and traditional Uyghur food in Queens. ”

“ This is hands down IMHO THE BEST FOOD COURTS! So many yummy foods from ALL OVER ASIA and affordable yet delicious with AMAZING VARIETY! LOTS of drinks & dessert options as well. It's always quite busy and hectic but hey that mean turnaround is quick and food is fresh! If it's your first dew times to Flushing I think this is a great cultural food immersion stop. Be warned - bustling & busy so not for the faint of heart only those who are adventurous eaters! Enjoy if you do go. Only problem for me is there's always so many delicious yummy amazing places to have to decide on.... ”

“ New world mall food court is so overwhelming because it can get so crowded. It can be a crazy experience but they do have good fresh cooked food. There are so many food stalls that offer so many different types of chinese food to select from. I have been here a handful of times. I usually walk around to try and figure out what looked good to eat by looking at the pictures posted in each stall plus look at what other people are eating. Stall #29 had these little buns that looked really good and I asked the woman what they were and she said they were stuffed with pork and to try it. She didn't have to try and convince me because I was hungry and it was quick and easy. You can get 6 for $9.00 or 8 for $11.00. I bought 8 and I have to say they were so delicious. They were like soup dumplings, so juicy with a crunchy bottom. I really enjoyed it so much. I took another order to go. ”

“ I've been coming to New World Mall's food court since the mall opened, and have been recommending it to anyone who would listen to me ever since. It was a cool addition to the neighborhood as the old Flushing Mall (and it's great food court) went away, and has been a cool place to try dishes from all over China...and Korea, and Japan, and more... since Flushing became such a hot Queens foodie location. The beauty of New World Mall is the endless variety. If you don't know what to try just look around. See what others are eating, and get the courage up to ask them what it is and which stall they got it from! New Yorkers are the nicest, and we all love to tell people where to go, right? It was nice to see Tiger Sugar locate here after the fire destroyed their building on Main Street, and it's always a go to for me. Once you've got your boba on, get some food. You really can't go wrong with anything here. Among my current favorites are the Lamb Noodle Soup at Xian Noodles (028), and anything from Tarim Uyghur Food (005) but that will like likely change next week. Go to New World Mall and explore for yourself (and remember to go to the J-Mart on the ground floor for a food shopping adventure while you're at it) ”

“ This was my first time staying in Flushing, Queens, and I had to visit this unique world mall. It was very busy and lively inside. It felt like the whole city was there. There were food vendors downstairs, and the market upstairs! The smell near the seafood is very strong, but it's because of the variety! Anything in the ocean is available for purchase (I even saw jellyfish for sale! I didn't even know it was a delicacy!) The produce sections were wildly impressive! Convenient location, great deals, fun layout! ”

“ There's plenty of food options in the food court! Located within New World Mall in the United furthest back corner lies the buns. You can just order the buns or make it a combo with the soup. You can get small or large portions depending on how much buns you want to eat. These buns are fried and topped with green scallions and black sesame. Be careful eating these buns because they are hot and juicy. There are seatings within the food court however, it can get packed. Drink is from Gong Cha got double peach. Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 3/5 ”
